Cushion Cleaning

@07Dutchman, I'm sure some of our resident experts will chime in soon, but I would remove the covers to have them dry cleaned. The cushion(foam) may be sensitive to the chemicals in the dry cleaning solution and thus degrade what is already getting to be old foam. But, I do concede that cleaners who come to your home do clean upholstery with the foam cushion inside the cover. Good luck with this!
