2006 TaB - a few questions please?

We are looking at a 2006 Tab located about 5 hrs from us. I've done a lot of reading and searching, trying to find out what it should have and things I need to know. studying the pictures, I see a loop of the black rubber gasket on the top of the trailer. Is this an indication of possible leaks or is it just a cosmetic trim? I probably will have other questions, but for now, that is the main one. thanks so much!

Look water damage on floor. Especially at door entry, and around wheel well area. Also any sign of delamination of exterior walls. If you find any of these things RUN AWAY IMHO

If it’s the black rubber gasket under the plastic trim, that is purely cosmetic. It prevents the plastic from rubbing against the body, but it does not serve as a water barrier.

Check for soft spots in the floor. Dutchmen were notorious for leaking around the wheel wells, which can cause rot.
