  • First, how can you tell that your battery is fully charged?
Is your battery switch turned “on”?
Check the 30 amp fuse in the green fuse holder that comes off the positive battery cable.  Replace as necessary.

    Thank you Sharon!
Picture 504 is from my victron app tell me it is in float status.
Picture 509 tell me battery in on mode.
Picture 507 show there are 30 amps (#6) and 40 amps (#7), checked both of them and fuses is OK

The Victron app shows your battery seems to be still plugged into shore power.  Unplug from shore power and that will give you a better idea of your actual battery state of charge.

The 30 amp fuse Sharon-is-Sam mentioned is the 30 amp fuse in the little holder at the battery.  The fuse is in the first photo in this thread.

In general the Solar System connects directly to battery. So all your controller reading look OK.
As @Sharon_is_SAM noted there is a 3rd Fuse to be checked.

It is located at the Battery, a 30A in-line fuse between  Battery and Cut-Off Switch.
If it is bad no Solar or Battery power reaches the 12VDC panel.

  • Thank you all!!! That is exactly the cause. The fuse directly connect to the battery. The broken one is 10A instead of 30A. I replace with 10A and it is working now. Should I change it to 30A?

@FrankDFW, yes, that should be a 30A fuse. The 10A will probably blow again ad soon as your draw rises above the 10 amps. Your trailers electrical system is rated at 30A.

  • Yes, you need a 30 amp fuse at the 320 battery.
