Little Red Fire Pit and T@B onboard propane.

Has anyone used the outside propane connection on the T@B 400 to run a Little Red Fire Pit? I tried it on my daughter's 400 using a propane hose adapter and we got no gas. Yes, we had the line turned on and were getting gas out of the adapter hose if I pressed the center of the valve on the hose but no gas to the fire pit.

I don't completely understand most of this, but it has to do with regulators cancelling each other out in each device. Or something. This thread explains some of it, and there is a thread inside it that goes to a better explanation.
