I have a 2007 T@B and am not sure whether I have a "maintenance-free" situation with Zerk fittings. I'd appreciate any information you can provide.

I am pretty sure that all of the Dutchman T@B's have the maintenance free AL-KO hubs, meaning they do not have to be repacked with grease each season. It will not have any zerk fittings.
The bearings do, occasionally, have to be replaced.

I recently purchased a dutchman t@b and also had to educate myself on the hubs. You are right about the bearings being maintenance free. The drums do need to be pulled to replace the brake shoes. To do that remove the grease cap and the one-shot castle nut. The only place I was able to find the shoes and nuts in the US were from Little Guy.

There are zerk fittings on the tongue for the surge brakes.Kristi Des Moines, IA 2008 T@B L
