I have been searching this forum but need help understanding how to approach removing and repairing the dinette outlet on my 2019 400. Was thinking how this one was in a bad spot when my grands were plugging into the USB side and on lowering the table the cable broke the plastic mount.
No screws so assuming a clip but hoping someone who has taken these apart could help so I don’t break stuff. The USB connections still work so may just opt for a second plug and put a 12V/USB on the seat panelnear the Coolcat as I have seen in some other threads.
Thanks for any assistance

Send them a photo and ask for the price from üCamp to drop ship one to you. If you don’t like the price, you can find a similar one on Amazon, or your preferred retailer, and replace it, if this is within your skill set.

I will probably opt to replace the USB insert with another 110 plug for now and move the USB function to another location later. I have seen variations on this in other threads. Much appreciated

I ordered another 12V plug and USB combo to place near the front driver side of the dining area, as most later models have now. once I got the damaged USB out I found that some duct tape around the flange was sufficient to secure it back in the holder, and as we don't use that USB often it seemed easier that taking the connections down for a new one.
When I took off the cover off with a putty knife I found the connections that @Verna had wanted to see:
The broken USB was pigtail connected via a 12-10 butt crimp connector. This provided a way to tap this circuit without cutting any wires. Used 14 gauge primary automotive wire and a crimper to tap the existing butt connector. This is the 15 amp 12V circuit marked as USB outlets on the converter (took out the fuse for the work).
Ran both wires to the CoolCat compartment without any issues and then decided to place the new 12 V and USB combo on the panel near the vent
Following the instructions of the new unit I installed with minimal difficulty. This 12 can be used for a variety of functions, and the USB side has the new USA C connection as well. The on off button is nice for confirming when power is on.
Location is much easier to access and tucks away nicely:
I got the unit at Amazon a couple or years ago, and it is upgraded now and still available:

Thanks as always to all on the forum who support those of us with limited skills. I am off to a battery changeout next.
