Victron BMV 700 - No State of Charge

Dog-gone-it! Just before we need to use the monitor during solar use, the State of Charge and consumed amps info is MIA. Also, there is a mystery acronym of “nanm” for time remaining. There does not seem to be a firmware update. Anyone have any ideas. It has been working perfectly until today. Discovered while towing.

A lot of threads mention the NANM error, and some of the responses point to the need to synchronize?
