Alde tank glycol level viewing mod, 2018 320S BD

For a quicker view of Alde tank glycol level, a 1" hole was drilled for UV flashlight and a 2" hole was drilled for viewing the min-max line. I used hole saws - make sure the wires are not in the way of the saw when drilling.


I took the side panel out to do the drilling and to move the wires out of the way for drilling and to mark the min-max lines.


Just above min line - wasn't steady with the black marker-mirror might have helped.

Century TF-1 glycol fluoresces
The level doesn't show up with a regular flashlight, a UV flashlight is a must. 
Note: I called Rhomar Water, they don't add fluorescent dye to RhoGuard RTU-50. Coolant dye could be added.
