2021 320 S - Self-Closing Hinge on Cabinet Door Stuck Open

Our under-the-sink self-closing cabinet door in our 2021 320 S got stuck open, and we couldn't do any adjustments to fix it while the door was hanging on the hinge.  So we took the door off and looked at the hinges.  The one on the bottom won't manually close all the way, whereas the top one will.  I've attached a picture.  I've read about tension adjustments on self-closing cabinet hinges, but I can't see any way to adjust this one so that the nose of the spring bends all the way down to the base plate (which is what the other hinge does).  Anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks so much.

This hinge does not have the adjusting screw, so it cannot be adjusted. Please contact your dealer as they will be able to replace the hinge. If you are within your first year since purchasing your T@B, this should be a warranty covered item.
