TooTall to Cook?

I'm 6'2", so standing inside the T@B can't happen, But how to cook inside without incurring neck problems?

I will purchase a Pneumatic Rolling Stool (Harbor Freight, 20 couple $$). Easy Up/Down adjustment. Rolls easy too! Lightweight. Useful at home in the garage. Usable seat for the campground.

Note: Actually, I don't cook, but, one day, I may!

    Sgt, looks perfect.

I've been trying to come up with a solution to something similar, "too tall to do dishes"...

By the time the dishes are done, I'm in such a foul mood from the backache, that I need a strong drink!

I suppose I could stop doing dishes.

Let us know how it works.

Seems like a very good solution. I cook outdoors as much as possible, and I am short enough to stand fully in the T@Bpole.

States the T@Bpole has camped, so far ;)

I've used a Pneumatic Rolling Stool many times, just not in a T@B. They [will/do]work well. Saves knees, backs, necks, etc. For the child in us, they can even be fun on a long, sloped surface! YIKES!

SOMETIMES, their is an advantage to being short.

I do all my cooking outside under our full awning using a camp stove and BBQ.  Dishes, we don't use many dishes or pans when cooking so clean up is pretty quick.

    Ha. I wish.

To get back to the original question, if I were too tall to cook comfortably in the T@B, like others have suggested, I would figure out a way to do it while sitting. In my case I'd probably sit on this, since it's easily stashed away. I have two. In the garage. Somewhere.

Looks like another good way to cook while sitting, and, it can be used when sitting by the campfire. However, I prefer a Rolling Stool which will allow me to cook, then roll to the table to eat. Think of the exercise I'll get!

Both of us are kinda tall, so we tend to cook outdoors. Have a great foldable kitchen  (midlle part is counter-hight), available from Amazon. We keep the table at home if we are not planning to stay in camp longer with our "elaborate" set-up, but all other outdoor kitchen equipment visible on this photo is permanently on board in our t@b.
