Tips & Tricks
I read 23 pages of leaks but can't find anything about what to do when rain comes in from where the elbow latches the hood on the roof closed.
Thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

Can you send a photo? I've had latch issues, but I'm not sure I understand the area you are talking about.

Hello again! do you have a rain hood over your roof vent? It's essential equipment here on the west coast!
I had my RV dealer install it and it works so well! No leaks - even in torrential rain!
I also replaced my fan motor because it had been exposed to weather and developed a squeak/was not spinning freely. But if your existing fan cover is leaking when closed, you might want to replace the entire unit (fan and cover)
Fan Motor: this was an exact replacement for the existing fan (motor only):

Fan Hood: There are few different models of the fan hood, but this one fit my 2014 T@B:

Have you checked the caulking around the fan?
