Blowing out water lines

I purchased a 2022 T@B 320 Boondock and the dealer kindly agreed to drain the water system and blow out the lines. Yesterday I decided to do it myself and make sure there was no water in the system. I followed the NuCamp instructions and was able to pressurize the system (40 PSI) and blew out a small amount of water from the faucets and low point drains. I decided to try it again today (for practice) and followed the instructions again. However, I couldn't get the system to pressurize. I tried three or four times, carefully following the instructions. The yellow flip valve for draining the hot water tank was closed, all faucets were closed, and the low point valves were closed. When I stop adding air, the pressure quickly drops and sounds like it may be coming from a partially pressurized tank. If I open a faucet or one of the low point valves with the air compressor hooked up, no air comes out. The instructions said nothing about the hot water tank bypass valve, but I tried it in both bypass and normal mode. Nothing changed. I'm very puzzled why it worked yesterday but not today. Any thoughts would be most appreciated.

Are you sure you were using the City Water connection to blow air?The first link has a diagram of the 320 Nautilus compliments of member @brianb. Using the City Water connection to blow out lines with valves turned to “Winterize” should allow you to pressurize. I would try bypassing the drained Alde, just to eliminate unnecessary plumbing. If the pump check valve is intact, it should prevent air from entering the fresh tank. Here is a recently created set of instructions to winterize the 320 with Nautilus.https://us.v-cdn.net/5021717/uploads/editor/a2/vvpi5ziw2jus.pdfSharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio

Thanks for the links. I'm sure I was connected to the city water connection, but I had the Nautilus valves set at 45 degrees, not "winterize". I had them set at 45 degrees the first time when it worked, but I'll set them to winterize and see if that works, then follow the rest of the instructions. BTW, what is the "Nautilus harness" mentioned in the detailed instructions? Thanks for the help!

The Nautilus “harness” is the backside of the Nautilus valves - the hard, plastic piping that directs the flow out of the valves then connects to the supply lines.

Thanks for all the information! I used the approach detailed in the winterizing document you sent and it worked perfectly. Thanks again for the help.
