2022 320 bd Jensen won't play dialog from streaming 5.1 surround sound movies..

We play Netflix content through our Jensen from a wifi 6 hot spot on the phone.  Signal routed through a fire stick 4k.  When playing a movie with 5.1 surround sound picture and music are good, but no spoken dialog.  Any way to fix this?

    This seems to be a common problem when the source sends 5.1 audio but the system does not have all those channels. Not familiar with the fire stick maybe there is an option to change the sound output format.
