Entry step cover on Tab400 BD

Does anyone use a cover for the entry step? What do you use? I’m finding that the step is an odd size and can’t find something that fits correctly. Thanks!

    I bought an inexpensive one at Menards (local hardware chain) in the RV section.  Fits perfectly and attaches with 3 spring hooks.

    Oh and be sure to remove it during transit.  Keep those springs in a secure place - I lost one while towing once.  I am sure it rolled into the small vent under the front bench.

    We bought this one from Amazon.  Inexpensive and effective.  We've had it on the our 400 BD step for almost two years now and it's been great.  We never remove it and it has never come off.

    @bergger.  That's the same one I bought.  It never comes off in transit, huh?  I am pleasantly surprised.  I didn't think those spring hooks would be secure enough and could see that thing flying off at 60 mph on the highway.

    Yeah we've had it on the whole time and it has not move at all. If you were still unsure about it staying on you could also add some zip ties through the grommets.

    We use the same one that @marleecamps bought, from Menards as well. It has been on for almost two years now. We don't take it off and it has held up well.

    Same for us as @bergger and no issues staying on during driving. And a lot safer feel stepping out of the camper for sure.

    We bought this after a squirrel destroyed our carpeted wraparound cover. It's a plastic weave, soft to the touch but durable. We have been very happy with it.
