No water at toilet - Ultimate Toys

New camper with Thetford Cassette toilet...  On city water.  All faucets work.  pushing flush button on toilet creates audible click (valve?) and tours on tank level led...  no water comes out.  Is there a hidden valve somewhere behind unit?  Does it need to have the pump on and run from tank instead of city water?

It should flush on 'city water' mode, no need for the pump.
Check the valve on the t-junction on the cold water tubing behind the toilet. You'll need to remove the panel below the sink, which you can do by removing the screws at the bottom, then pulling the panel out bottom-side first.
And to be clear -  you're pressing and holding the correct button, right? Should be a blue membrane-type button.

Yes, the membrane button (not the paddle).  When I push I hear a click from the toilet and the led turns on showing level

I have the exact same issue with my UT camper. Ive been using the sink faucet to add a little water to aid in flushing. Did removing the panel below the sink and adjusting the valve solve this issue or was it something else?

I had it repaired by a dealer. I suspect there was a valve  behind the panel under the sink.  Have you called the folks at UT?
