2022 Tab 400 3-way fridge error code 13

Hi - We are getting an error code 13 on our norcold N4104 3-way fridge in our 2022 Tab 400. I'm not getting much help from the dealer or nucamp. Do any of you have any experience with code 13. What does 13 indicate is faulty and what is the fix. The best I have come up is that it has something to do with the thermistor. Thanks any help would be appreciated.

    The thermistor is a simple electronic component that changes its resistance with temperature. That's how the control board knows what the temperature inside the fridge is. If the control board detects resistance outside the normal range it deems the thermistor faulty and sets code 13. 

    In most RV fridges the thermistor is clipped onto one of the fins, and can be disconnected and tested easily. Just google "norcold thermistor test".
