    Just for THIS 320s newbie where is the nuCamp facility? This our first campsite, it’s an 2018 320S Same human error for hot water!

    NuCamp is located in Sugarcreek Ohio. If you make an appointment and they have space you can camp on site the night before your appointment, Have it serviced and even stay the following night. But you must make arrangements with NuCamp first.

    Yes I did. As a matter of fact we stayed twice. If you are going in for service contact customer service to reserve a spot. They are very accommodating. It's set up for electric, water and sewer. There is also a dump station and propane available. They have a fire pit with wood. Seems that every time I go there it rains. LOL. There are some good restaurants in the area and plenty to do while your trailer is in for service.
