Shorten steel leveler crank tool

Had the welder out, went ahead and shortened this tool by 2.25 inches.  Now it fits nicely in the front box.

    Mine fits without shortening. Looks to be the same style as yours on my 2021. Mine fits straight across the back of the tub. I don't have a gas can there though. Mine also came with a shorter gold colored one. I don't bring it.

    I choose not to store the crank in the unlocked front tub for a bit more security. My logic is when the stabilizers are down and the crank is not readily available it's one more thing a thief may have to overcome. Well if he somewhat cares about the trailer being stolen.  :scream:

    Just curious_ where is your battery. I don’t see it in the tub.  Also what about storing the crank under the passenger side long storage compartment in the trailer itself ..  I have a 2020 tab320s. Perhaps things changed since then?
