2023 Isotherm Shelves

OK, what's the trick? How do you adjust ( up or down ) shelves in 2023 400 Boondock Isotherm fridge without removing door?

    We have a 2021 320 and swapped the door around so it opens towards the inside of the trailer. Makes it easier to load and get something out while outside cooking. As a side note, the shelves won’t adjust anyway unless you remove the door per the factory setup. Since I had the door off, I just reversed the hinges. Manual explains how
