The part that is inside your vehicle, the handheld part that plugs in the accessory port aka the cigarette lighter caught fire Sunday February 4. It has a 5 year warranty that ends February 7th. I talked to tech support on the phone, sent them and email of photos and all the info they wanted but haven’t heard back. Man! That was scary!

    FINALLY got thru to a human today. I waited almost 2 hours on hold. They are sending a replacement and it will be the whole unit inside and out.
