de-winterize without city water

Can you de-winterize without using city water? 2021 Tab 320  I was thinking I could use a jug of water and the sanitize position on the nautilas to flush.  Or maybe pressure from spigot is needed

    To avoid using city water when you de-winterize, you can set the Nautilus to Winterize mode and siphon in clean water, just like you siphon in antifreeze to winterize it.
