Air8 Screen Not Powered On

We have a new 2024 TAB 320S BD. Perhaps a little foolish to not test the Elwell Air 8 until now, but I can't even get the screen to turn on. I am connected to 30 amp shore power from home. The reset the 20 amp breaker for the Alde and Air 8 but only the Alde screen lights up. I left a message for Elwell technical support but it is Friday afternoon and my assumption is they are done for the day. Any help would be appreciated. Leaving Monday for our 2nd outing. Thank you in advance.

Just asking the obvious, have checked the unit is plugged in.

Freespirit. I am very much embarrassed, but I wanted to close the loop. I needed to look to determine the location of the components under the cushions. It turns out it was simply unplugged. 8:(. Thank you for your follow up.

On our 2021 320S the Air8 screen interface runs off a 12v circuit which turned out to be undocumented by Nucamp; the house lights circuit. The Air8 main function is on a 120v labeled breaker.
