Paint laminate cabinets?

Has anyone attempted to paint the laminate cabinets on a 2018-2019 Tab 400?

    Use a good etching primer and sand before you paint.  Nothing different than doing this in a house.  I will be repainting the painted white cabinet doors under the sink. the very cheap materials/paint used stains and can't be cleaned.

    So sand with like a 180 grit then etching primer then paint?  Would you use a sealer also?  The color on the upper cabinets is just so ugly, IMHO.
