Wrinkles On Interior Wall

NuCamp Family, I have a 2022 T@b 320S and I noticed wrinkling in my interior near the rear storage. No damage to the unit and it is covered when not in use. Has anyone seen or have this issue?

    Welp, I found out that I have a water leak. I have a Boondock with the Factory installed Yakima Roof Rack. The screws that hold that rack in place did not have any silicone/sealant on the threads. NuCamp Family if you have that rack on your Boondock. Pay attention to those screws they may need some sealant/silcone/RTV on them.
