Issues with TAB400 Air Conditioner

Hi-  We are new to camping.  On our most recent trip we were using the air conditioning which began leaking water from underneath the cabinet near the intake.  Upon inspsection, it was the pan under the unit that was overflowing. My thought is that we weren't perhaps level enough?  No water was coming out of the flow tube on the outside.  Any other ideas?  I don't have a manual for the AC ....is it a Dometic?  It was alot of water!!!

Sounds like the drain hole/tube is clogged. Not sure what the diameter is but I would think a coat hanger or some such run up the tube would clear it. If you have water in there seems like the AC is doing it's job.
I wouldn't overly force the rod, it may just be bugs or general schmutz blocking the drain.

Level is not critical for cooling but is for draining condensate.  If anything, a little lean to the AC side helps assure the catch pan drains toward the outlet tubes.

year is 2024.  Will put something up the drain tube as suggested next time I am at the storage site.  I think it was possibly due to not being as level as we needed to be.
