Prodigy Brake Controller

I just purchased a 2024 Toyota Sienna and had a trailer hitch and 7-way installed by the dealer. 

I have a 2015 T@B MaxS.  

All the lights work but I have not been able to successfully pair the Prodigy controller. 

Worked seamlessly in my previous car. Any ideas what the problem might be?

  sounds like the 7-way may have not been installed correctly.  do you own a multimeter?  if so, you can check the pin-out on the vehicle.
