Different wheels and tires possible?

So a thought I had just now, would it be possible to replace the existing wheels and tires on a T@B 400 Boondock, so that it uses the same size wheels and tires as our tow vehicle?
I know there'd be some challenges to this, such as I believe the wheels / tires on the camper are 15" wheels, which my Gladiator has 17", bit if it could be done, it certainly would simplify, if nothing else, the spare tire situation (why carry TWO spares, if both vehicles use the same size?)
Has anyone done something like this?

I don’t think the 400 has the clearance with the wheel wells. The gladiator tires (overall diameter) are much larger.2021 400 BD

Yeah, I started thinking a bit more on this, and there's multiple challenges...
- Clearance for the larger wheel / tire combo (might have to do something dumb, like axle extensions)
- The bolt pattern is different (per nuCamp, the 400BD is a 4.5x5, the Jeep is 5x5) so new hubs

@Freespirit not sure I'd want to trust an adapter, although for a short run to get a flat fixed, it'd be tempting
