Hello all - I am a brand new owner of a brand new 2025 Tab 400, thank you to all on this forum for such wealth of information!
I've discovered that the actual dry weight of my boondock black canyon Tab 400 is ~3077 lb (listed on certificate of origin, and back-calculated using weight carrying capacity sticker on tongue) whereas the NuCamp website states 2946 lb (which I understand is only an estimate). Are there typically such large variances in expected and actual dry weights? I have the convenience package but not the lithium upgrade, but I can't imagine the convenience package adding 100lb (is this due to addition of microwave & spare tire)? What would that mean to tongue weight (listed is 380 lb)?
I am yet to take the camper to a CAT scale but wanted to hear of others' experiences on actual vs listed dry weights. Thank you!
(posting this in Trailers & Towing since our TV is Subaru Ascent, we are well within the tow capacity of 5k, but need to measure CAT scales to ensure tongue weight limit compliance as well)

2025 Tab 400 boondock with black canyon. Includes microwave and boondock spare tire. Camper mostly loaded for trip with everything we would need in there except -
No food in refrigerator
No water in tanks (assuming fresh water tank will take some weight off the tongue)
Wanted to share this in case helpful to anyone
