Lagun Table issue

Hello all--I had to order a replacement "arm" with bushings already installed from Lagun because the old arm had a bushing completely disintegrated and had been sagging lower and lower on the end opposite from the upright support arm over the last year or so.  I just got the new arm and it is STILL SAGGING??  Anyone know what is going on with this?  The bushings and the plastic tip on the upright post are all in brand new condition.  So disappointed.

    Feel your pain @Ikc001

I had to replace the floor post end plastic bushing on the Arm a few years ago.
Lagun advertising says "Table Can Stay Up" during travel but it really cannot.

    Even when I provided pictures . . . Lagun said "that's odd" . . .

I just replaced the bushing, much much cheaper than an Arm Assembly.
It was a bit of a pain to get the new bushing seated . . . .
