No cold water at kitchen sink

I am going thru my new to me '23 Tab 400 and I have hot and cold water everywhere except the kitchen sink. It has hot, but no cold. I pulled the cold supply line under the sink and nothing there either so its not the faucet. Before I pull the barrier off underneath the trailer does anyone have any ideas where to look first?

    FYI Justin at Nucamp came thru with the answer. Right at the end of the water line, just before the faucet supply line is a check valve. I took it apart, tapped it a couple of times to free it up and it works fine now.
