Finally found a solution to keeping the glass stove stop upright while cooking!

The glass stove stop doesn't have a catch to hold it in place at 90 degrees, which is a pain the butt when you're cooking. This baggage door clip I got on Amazon does the trick!
Someone else on this forum suggested using one of these to hold the toilet seat up, and I am grateful for that comment!

I just added one to the passenger side wall, to hold up the bench seat when lifted. That's where I have my batteries, so when I'm messing around in there, I don't have to worry about the bench top falling on me. I'm going to add one to the other side, too. Using command strips makes this a damage-free installation.
