I have a 2025 Tacoma Hybrid with an AC 120V 2400W outlet in the bed of the truck. Is it ok and safe to plug in and charge my Tab 360 to the trucks outlet? The Tab does not have the Lithium upgrade.

Yes, for battery charging that will work. It probably won't run all shore power dependent electric devices at the same time.
