2021 tab 400 spare tire question

Has anyone changed the spare tire from a 205 to a bigger tire? Like 225 or 235? Did it fit in the space still? I will probably replace the running tires before next season and if I can change the spare to a full size that would be a big plus.

    I just replaced all three tires on my 2021 T@B 400 with Goodyear Endurance ST 225/75R15. No issues.

    Just replaced the OEM tires including the spare on my 2019 T@B 400 with HANKOOK Vantra ST01 Trailer ST225/75R15 TL 10 117/112N. I reached out to NuCamp to confirm size, fit and clearance with no issues.

    My spare is a 235/75R15.  It fits well (without much extra space) under the tongue of my 2020 T@B 400.

    Update. I purchase 3 Goodyear endurance ST225/75R15 and the spare tire fit just fine. Thanks for everyone's comments!

    @Docbadger1 Did you use the existing wheel or did you need to change that to match the others?

    I used the existing white steel wheel.

    I plan to move a tire from the axle to the spare when I get the next set of tires. I change my tires before they're worn out or age out so that tire will still have tread. If you put a new tire on your spare and don't need it you'll be throwing away that tire in 6 or 7 years when it ages out. In the early days, pre-T@B, I lost tires due to age. Then I learned that tires have a life span regardless of wear. BTW, since I live in my T@B and travel a lot I wear tires out before they age out.
