Stove or Regulator?

We have a 2018 400 and are having an issue with the stove not lighting. With everything off it is getting gas but not a flow to light the stove, it just pulses then goes out. The Alde works fine. With the Alde on, the stove gets little to no gas, making me think it is the RV regulator. I did remove the burners and clean the tips no luck. I took a video of what happens with the Alde off but it won’t let me attach the video. I read through some of the feeds and saw a few posts on this. I also had to replace the supply line to the Regulator. I’ve opened and closed the tank, slowly and disconnected, we have also traveled shaking everything up, still same. Any ideas?

I've got no problem advice, sorry.
For the "adding a video" the only method I've found is to place the video on your youtube channel and then place a link in the forum post.

If you’ve already checked for leaks at your fittings you could purchase an off the shelf propane regulator, Home Depot sells them with a 3 foot hose for under $20. Bypass your trailer regulator and see if the stove functions.

Or try a manometer to check the output pressure from your regulator and see if it has issues, some regulators can be adjusted. Here’s a short manometer explanation https://youtu.be/i41-re5VjBY

If you can’t rent or borrow a manometer there are cheap ones online around $40…

Thanks @TourDeForth! Good idea to bypass the regulator and connect directly to the stove. I will give that a try.

Back to the drawing board. I bypassed with a separate tank and line that had a regulator on it. Determined it was the stove. Bought a new stove, same issue on separate tank and camper. So either my separate line don’t help me trouble shoot this or it’s my camper regulator, or there is something wrong with the stove line. Ran the heat yesterday on propane no problem. Need to see if I can get a direct connect propane line without a regulator to test this new stove.

I'm sure that you already knew this, but did you remember that the 2018 requires the knob to be held in after lighting for about 5+ seconds? That's all that I can think of.

Thanks @NorthIsUp, I did that on both stoves. At this point thinking it is the line to the stove from wherever is splits off.

It could be an accumulation of oil/dirt in the line to the stove.  I had that problem (not with our TAB) after I had a propane tank filled and the filler's propane tank was almost empty.  I disconnected the stove's gas line where it Tee'd into the main gas line and a significant amount of dirty oil dripped out.  No problems after the line was cleared.
