Just purchased our first NuCamp 320 and trying to find someone to flush and fill the Alde system. Really struggling to find someone in the metro Detroit area — if anyone knows of someone could you please let me know. Thank you!
I can't speak to any Detroit area dealers, we bought our 400 from the dealer in GR and can safely say, we've been happy with them and the service, even if it does mean hauling the camper across the state. We had them do the Alde fluid last year and install a MaxxFan Deluxe and had zero hassles.

Since the current recommendation is to replace glycol every two years and if you have minimal to moderate mechanical abilities, I highly recommend you consider doing it yourself via ScottG's easy to follow instructions. Most dealers are charging $800 - $1000 for this every-other-year service. While it can seem intimidating at first, it is very straight forward and the blog is here to help with many of us experienced in the exchange process if you have any difficulties.
Truma HQ in Elkhart. I think they might be the national hq for Alde. Might be closer for you than GR. They have camping pads as well. I had a very positive experience there with my system.
Update : I bought the pump system from Mark Johnson via Facebook NuCamp group. Took me less than 15 minutes — perfect solution. Bought the fluid from Camping World.

I also wonder if a local airstream dealership would be able to do it
