Ford F-150 Hybrid mileage while towing

Considering trading in my ‘21 F150 for a ‘26 hybrid version but wondering about the mileage while towing with a hybrid. I’m no expert but I do like the ‘21 larger 36 gallon tank that takes me 590-600 miles (or around 300+ while towing my T@B 400). Wondering which one will take me further on a tank of gas. The ‘26 hybrid has about a 30 gallon tank. 
Does anyone here tow with a hybrid and see a difference? Thanks.

    I have a 2023 Powerboost.  We get between 10 and 12 MPG while towing our Tab 400.  Last summer we got about 11.5 between North Carolina and Glacier NP.  This is heading west into the wind and up hill.  Coming home from the Tetons we got less 10.5, that is down hill and tail wind.  Go figure, YMMV.

    Dlb, thank you. After talking to others and getting similar responses to yours I’m starting to think there are just too many variables involved for me to get a standard answer. Every drive is different, weather, hills, load etc. So I’ll just have to cross my fingers!🤞I do appreciate your response though.

    I had a 2014 v8 f150, traded for a 2022 2.4 ranger, just traded ranger for a 2019 f150...the 14 and the ranger did great on gas mileage...only reason I  just ditched the ranger...it wasn't a ranger of past...went back to my big truck with v6 and I'm sure I'll get good results

    I tow a 400 with a 23 F150 3.5EB . Great towing platform , but not the best on fuel while towing . Its a little thirsty and the same goes for the Powerboost version . I am getting about the same mpg as dlb while towing .
    Not towing is like night and day as far as mpg goes for both . 
    I like to say about the eco boost - its either eco or boost , not both ! If your towing , those turbos are spooling up and mpg goes down . Either with the standard 3.5eb or the powerboost 3.5eb (same engine) . Towing power is phenomenal with the 3.5 , so the mpg is the trade off .   
    My opinion is to just keep your 21' .

    Thanks B0atguy, I would love to keep my ‘21 but it has issues. Thinking I will look at the ‘26 non hybrid F150 and stick with 36 gal tank and gas only.

    If you go this route you might consider the 5.0 V-8.  It's a rock-solid motor that's been around for years with proven reliability.  I doesn't get as good of gas mileage as either of the turbo V-6's while not towing but it also doesn't experience as much of a dropoff in mpg when you are towing.  The V-8 is naturally aspirated so it's a simpler engine than the turbos, although they have proven to be quite reliable as long as you stay up with required maintenance.  I have the 5.0 in my 2017 with the 36 gal tank and it gives me great range, sufficient power and decent gas mileage.
