  This is one of the gazillion drop ship online businesses. The part is discontinued so they won't get one either.

  Thanks for the response. I actually ordered that one accidentally and while the flare fitting does work, (a) the mounting bracket is reversed 180 (so the flame faces down instead of up), and (b) it has 6 flame openings in the tube instead of 4.
  
  I contacted Norcold and I'm waiting to see if they can give me any kind of useful guidance, otherwise I think I'm stuck buying a new fridge.

  Well I did write "made to work" for a reason, if it was a direct replacement it wouldn't be a problem in the first place. You'd have to modify the mounting tab or create a new one. The orifice is in the threaded part so possibly this can be moved over. But do have a close look if there is a size difference between the orifices, the 3163 is somewhat unique in that it uses an adjustable flame size. The typical RV fridges run full blast with a thermostat turning the burner on and off.
