hot water pressure is low anyone have this problem

    On city water? From the fresh water tank?

    This can happen if: the screens inside the thermostatic mixing valves get clogged. There has been a rash of this being reported across various groups.

    There are various threads noted here. The valve is not hard to take off the wall and check the screens.

    @hikerchick we had that problem last year. Our hot water flow was completely blocked. As @pthomas745 mentioned, the culprit was the mixing valve. The hot water side valve was frozen in the closed position. I was able to work it back and forth and free it.

    Ultimately, I believe the root cause was all the hard water that gets pumped into the system from campgrounds, etc. I am currently shopping portable water softeners to add inline to the supply side of the water system. It concerns me to think of where else scale is building up in the system.
