TAB400 2021. Leaking Around the Base of ALDI

During the de-winterizing process, we are seeing a large water leak coming from the tray at the base of the ALDI. We do not see any coupling leaks. The system was winterized, all drains emptied including the two yellow valves and air blown through it.

The leak occurs:

  1. With the Nautilus in Dry Camping mode and the pump turned on.
  2. With the Nautilus in City Water mode.

Initially there does not appear to be a leak but the tray fills up and then water pours out inside the trailer.

My fear is that the ALDI tank is leaking. Any suggestions?

    The threads below will show you places to check. There are several water fittings around the Alde that could be leaking, and the water winding up on the drip pan. Where the cold water enters, and where the hot water exits. Those should be checked closely.

    Thankyou for the links. I see some similarities to what I have. I do not believe that the leak is from the entry and exit fittings. After another round of troubleshooting this is what I found:

    1. First I drained the ALDI by opening the yellow valves
    2. Then closed the yellow valves and with the Nautilus on Dry Camp I turned on the pump.
    3. There was a gurgling sound as the red ALDI Flow filled up and no leaks were visible
    4. Then (presumably when the ALDI Flow was full and sending water to the main ALDI tank) there was a big rush of water from the bottom corner of the ALDI drip pan.
    5. At that point I quickly turned of the pump and opened the yellow valves to stop a big flood.

    To me it points to a leak in the main ALDI tank. Thoughts?
