Now that the factory requests contacting a dealer over parts orders, I was in a quandary when we lost our spare door key on our last trip. But I searched the forum and found that Dana at Missouri Teardrops can order and drop ship to your home address.

For my door key for my 2019 400 I needed the key code on the remaining key (something good to write down if you lose them all) and the VIN number.

I called Dana and got set up with Barb and they got back with me the next day, and now the replacement keys are on their way.

    I have used Vacationland in Big Rock, Illinois in the same way. Karin Kroeger (karin.kroeger@vacationland.net), from their parts department was very helpful in ordering a new window handle for our star gazer window. It was drop shipped to our home.
