Water leak

When I turn the pump on in dry camp mode, water comes out the "t" pipes under the seat.

That is the "thermostatic mixing valve". The fittings that connect the blue and red pex pipes are called "John Guest" fittings. They are "push fittings": if you press in on the fittings, a "collete" inside releases the entire fitting and you can remove it. And, then, hopefully, you can put it back in and reseat it.
You need to look closely at where the leak might be coming from: which of the three sections is the water coming from?
This thread (all about mixing valves!) shows in the linked comment what I'm talking about as far as how the "push fittings" release.
