in Introductions

Hello everyone, I'm brand new to travel trailers and to this community. We purchased a 2007 Tab 16-1 and I was hoping to get some information. If you good folks could point to some links on first time ownership, critical things for towing and such. I'm very newbie but not new to tent camping and the outdoors. I'm very mechanically inclined and can do most automotive electrical.

    Welcome to the TAB Family, these are fun & comfortable trailers to own.

    For general trailer information, like towing tips, there are many not-brand-specific youtube videos. Same for basic 12vDC electrical common in all trailer designs.

    Consider adding a 'signature' section to your account including the TAB year and model, helpful information when folks try to answer a question. [ click your login, upper right of screen, to access setting like signature ]

    Note:
    A 2007 T16-1 is one of the original Dutchmen Built models. This forum has a Section
    " Dutchmen and Vintage . . . " that could be extra helpful to you. Suggest you review the various posts there.
