Tab 400 2025 Solar Panels- Sunflex Si 310 watt panels

So long story short found the real reason why I ran out of power while having my refrigerator on for three day prior to going on vacation . I took it to Blue Compass in Henderson Nevada and was told after a month that nothing was wrong with my solar system. I took it home and hauled it to MEL trailer and had them install a DC to DC Victron charger installed. While testing MEL trailer shop found the rear panel was not charging at all and the front was producing only 64.4 wats when cold and turned off when warm. 😳

I discovered from here and other web sites that others were experiencing the same issues with different levels of severity. Thank goodness the panels did not burn through into the roof. John Schilling from San Diego states it would have needed to be sent back to NuCamp to be repaired . As it is, to remove those panels is labor intensive and you have to do it from a scaffolding platform since you cannot get on the roof physically !

Now to wait for the outcome of what NuCamp will do. I have been told to seek legal counsel since Blue Compass sat on my trailer and did absolutely nothing. The only person that was helpful was Troy Willet- who is their parts department director . The first 4 pictures are of the rear panel.

It produces 64 watts until it warms up then shuts off and produces nothing.

To say I am angry with Blue Compass of Henderson Nevada who sat on it for a hole month and told me there was nothing wrong with my trailer is an understatement !
