I am looking for replacement hinges and mounting plates for the bottom kitchen cabinet door on our 2019 TAB 400. I have determined the hinge is made by Hardware Resources, however, they do not sell to individuals. I did look at nuCamp's Store site, but did not see this hinge listed.

Does anyone have a source for a replacement hinge and mounting plate?

Thank you!

Update: I found a replacement hinge at Menards, a local home improvement chain. The picture below is the packaging with the part number for reference. I replaced both hinges.
