Dump Stations at Louisiana and Mississippi Rest Stops

There appears to be free dump stations at the rest stops in Louisiana and Mississippi. There's no machines to take money and no attendants, so my guess would be: they are free!

  I've run into them in MN/SD - The last one I hit was right at the boarder so can't remember which side it was on.

  This is also one at the first I-75 rest stop inside Georgia heading north from Florida.
