camping can't get water out of fauce

I am trying to get kitchen faucet to work small amount of water comes out, then when i turn off pump water flows out rear drain under trailer it stops after a signifacant amount of water has drained out. Trailer is new I assume there is a valve that is not in the right position but no clue. I am 200 miles from the dealer so if anyone might tell me what is going on I would appreciate it greatly

It sounds like your water-line winterizing drain valve is open. In the area of the Alde, the pipes that run across the floor have some valves on them. Try closing the one that goes through the floor. What year is your Tab? Can you post a photo of the piping/valves near the Alde?

it is a 2016 outback, it is out in the woods now with no cell service will get it tomorrow and post picture of valves. I figured something was open or closes but dealership is closed for holiday.
