Thanks.  I was told a front window could not be added to a T@B that was not prepped for one at the factory.  I did this as a joke for the folks at Pleasant Valley during Tearstock.  Unfortunately, it backfired.  I left it on for a couple of days and between the rain and dew and hot sun, the paper stuck to the paint.  I don't know what kind of paper they used for the poster, but I don't think we have that kind of tree around here where I live.  I was unable to find anything to take it off.  I tried alcohol, vegetable oil, WD-40, Goo Gone, Windex and carburetor cleaner...almost every chemical I had in the garage.  I was finally able to get it off by using rubbing compound and my electric buffer.  I guess it was still worth it.  We had a lot of fun out of it, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

BTW, I'm working on a new wrap to put on the front.  The artwork is really expensive, but if I can work it out, it will be awesome.

OK, here are just a couple I took with my phone.  I have more in my camera, but since I got home late last night I have not had the chance to pull them off the camera yet.



This is what the new area is supposed to look like next year.  The lack of trees is the prep work for this project, though I am not too sure why you would do the clearing so long ahead of the project (the trees were clears last fall, the timber was picked up only last week).



Just a shot of one of the hot, sunny setups.  Susan is the hostess with the mostess, making sure no one left hungry.



This is a look at what the T@B flooring now looks like.  Mike and Verna got some samples.  Sandwiching the styrofoam is the new flooring material (which name escapes me at the moment).  It has a very slight give but when pressed in the center it is very stiff, and of course will not rot.  You can see the entire thing is about 2 inches thick.

Here is the group shot from the Tearstock Leftovers Dinner. Thanks to everyone that could make it, we had a great time and a great campfire afterwards.

Yep.  After Tearstock, I know what a monkey in the zoo feels like.  I still think we should have charged admission.

I think you got the brunt of it in that spot Larry, though I don't know why.  I was in the same spot last year and was not bothered at all, but this year it seemed everyone was coming in off the road asking Larry questions.  Guess i am just scarier looking.  A tractor trailer even stopped!

Will there be a Tearstock this year 2017? If so, when and where?

Why camp where there are no trees? Atwood has lots of beautiful shaded areas.
