Alde Question

Our glycol tank had a leak so I was sent a new one from the factory and I am trying to install it myself.  There are two openings coming out of the bottom of the glycol tank that the hoses attach to, one goes to the alde and one goes to the radiator that runs under the back shelf.  Does anybody know which opening goes to which hose, or does it matter?  There is a larger one in the middle (bottom) of the tank and another towards the side (bottom) of the tank.
