Does the 2017 t@b come with one Jensen remote or 2? One for the Jensen Unit and one for the TV. I received none. Need to be clear before I complain.

Thanks Rolltide82, I am apparently missing both. I was hopeful for a moment I thought it might be in the small shelf with the netting. But no luck. Another item to add to my list.

Mine were in the tote bag with all the manuals and the CD of the Amish Boys Choir. The factory had already put the batteries in! :-)

received the CD. Quite like it.

I know this next question should be a separate thread but I log it under the missing remotes as another item to my list. Have any of you had the cupboard doors come away from their hinges? In two days I have had two hinges separate for the shelf doors. Was the fix a bigger screw? or epoxy?

As I recall, others have been using Gorilla Glue. Search on Gorilla and you'll find how they did it.

I also had this problem and contacted warranty. They suggested super glue. I used that but have not had any experience to see if it works.

I'm thinking epoxy and very slightly, larger screws. The proper epoxy will hold anything.

I used a two part epoxy and the original screws. Removed the plastic insert, dabbed in a bit of epoxy, squished the insert back in, then tightened everything up. Haven't had a problem since!
