Clam shell opens during transit

CS-S rear door opens during transit.  Washers have not resolved issue.  Outside of strapping the door shut has anyone  had any luck resolving this issue?

    Can you call nüCamp on Monday to get a definite answer from them, please?  If the T@B is new, less than a year old and has only been owned by you, please contact the warranty department. Or email. Warranty@nucamprv.com. If the warranty is no longer valid, ask for the repair department or email repair@nucamprv.com. These employees know all of the answers and are always glad to assist.

    We had this problem on one trip.  We took it to the dealer and they put spacers between the trailer body and the U brackets that the lock fits behind.  Problem solved.

    Is it correct to assume you are locking the latches?
